David is a senior financial management expert with more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, specializing in financial planning, analysis, and organizational sustainability. At Araminta, he brings deep expertise in building resilient financial structures that support long-term mission delivery.

Prior to joining Araminta, David led the Financial Planning and Analysis team at the Open Society Foundations, where he supported complex global programs and strengthened financial governance across regions.

Earlier in his career, David served as Board Chair of the Kompania Foundation, a grassroots NGO working in drug prevention, peer counselling, and after-school programs for underprivileged youth in a suburb of Budapest. This role grounded his financial expertise in hands-on community engagement.

Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, David worked as a controller in the finance, insurance, and FMCG sectors, holding senior roles within multinational corporations.

David holds academic degrees in Economics and Education (TESOL) and earned his MBA from Central European University. He speaks English, German, and Hungarian.
