Krisztina has over 25 years of experience working with NGOs, civil society organizations, and minority-led communities. Currently serving as Operations and Logistics Manager at Araminta, she previously held senior roles at Open Society Foundations for over 14 years, specializing in human rights initiatives, justice programs, and activism initiatives.

Krisztina holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Hungarian Business School, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Corvinus University Budapest, and a Bachelor’s degree in teaching and pedagogy from Teacher’s Training College. She has completed specialized training in Human Resource Management, International Politics, and Risk Management through the International Business Management Institute (2021), along with recent professional development in communication and office management from the University of Cape Town.
