Vano Chkhikvadze has more than 18 years of experience in EU policymaking, advocacy, and strategic communication.

Before joining Araminta, Vano spent 13 years as Director of the EU Integration Program at the Open Society Georgia Foundation (OSGF), focusing on EU-Georgia relations and ensuring that civil society has a meaningful role in the process.

He has led a coalition of civil society organizations monitoring the political aspects of the EU-Georgia Association Agreement to enhance the accountability of Georgian authorities.

Vano studied Public Administration at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and European Studies at the College of Europe. He speaks Georgian, English, French, and Russian.
